Is your website secure?

Any details of yours that we hold, such as Name and Email address are stored on secure servers and not shared with anyone else. We are a bit selfish by keeping your detail to ourselves but that's the way it's going to be!

Any online transaction we conduct with you will be processed securely by the respective card processing providers. We do not retain your payment detail.

Do you ship internationally?

YES!!!.

We aim to cost effectively deliver to Europe, Scandinavia, USA and Canada. We have set the latest courier rates for orders ranging in size for up to 3 kg's then increments up to 20 kg's when you choose a delivery option online.

You are also welcome to place an order online and at checkout you can select the payment option "Offline Payment". We will pack and try to improve the price of the delivery before invoicing you and despatching the order should you wish to proceed.  

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept online payment through Various Card providers, Apple Pay, Pay Pal, Direct bank transfer.

How are shipping charges calculated?

We do our very best to find the most economical Insured delivery option for you based on the size and volume of items ordered.

FAQ's

Are your Glasses Dishwasher Safe?

 

All Ngwenya Glass Pewter Free glasses are dishwasher safe!

We recommend that they are washed on an Eco cool wash

on the top rack of the dishwasher.

 

Soft water is best to avoid mineral deposits on the Glass over time.

Mineral Deposit stains can be removed by using white vinegar 

 

A quick hand polish with a clean dish towel

to remove water deposits is a good idea.

 

Do NOT wash PEWTER in the dishwasher.  

Pewter Glasses should be hand washed in warm soapy water and rinsed well.

 

We like to store our Glasses upside down

so they are dust free and ready to use.

 

Have fun with your unique glass

using old jam jars, Cooldrink, beer and wine bottles.
