I couldn't be happier with the service I received and the dispatch was really quick,also the item was securely packed so it arrived all in one piece. The reason for 4 stars is my giraffe was not as blue as I hoped you have to look quite hard to see the colour, however I understand the nature of hand made pieces and the fact they don't always resemble the pictures
